Upcoming Meetings
2012/13 Meetings – Looking for Hosts and Leaders of Experientials
So far in 2012 our meetings have been hosted by fabulous groups and organizations in locations that inspired interactive and rejuvenating gatherings.

We would like to continue the momentum started this year and hold our meetings in “destination” locations and incorporate an art-related experiential component in addition to the networking opportunities. Some of you have already expressed an interest in hosting and/or leading an experiential. For those who can consider this here is a very general idea of what would be required:
HOST: The host is responsible for reserving space, determining maximum capacity, providing food (not required to have food but nice, if possible), tour of space, etc.
EXPERIENTIAL LEADER: The leader of the experiential is responsible for proposing an activity or topic; organizing the activity, bringing supplies, etc.
The host can also be the experiential leader!
We would like to hold meetings quarterly with the next being in October or November 2012. Then in 2013 we are hoping to meet January or February; April or May; August or September; November or December.
