Laurie Thomashow
Student at Columbia School of Social Work. Plans on concentrating in clinical   practice and aging. Currently interning at Beth Abraham-Centerlight Health   Services in the Bronx. It is a skilled nursing facility with short and   long-term care residents. She is doing research to see how the facility   can upgrade their physical plant to allow for the exhibition of more   art work, develop partnerships with some of the local institutions of   higher learning, and increase resident participation in the arts.
